With a passion for craft beer and a desire to explore the infinite possibilities for creating innovative, award-winning brews in a variety of styles, Glenmere Brewing Company evolved. Located in Florida, NY, we are proud to be a locally owned craft brewery operating with over fifteen years of combined brewing experience. The brewery is named after the lake from which we draw our brewing water. Our mission is to produce an array of world class handcrafted beers for the community we live in. We will be brewing on a 15 barrel system and will produce two to three beers at a time that will change with the seasons. We believe by brewing seasonally we may offer more types of beers to the community and the ever-changing American palate.
