Viggiani Consulting

April Viggiani is a consultant in the commercial recycling industry.  She audits reporting month by month and review for efficiency, profitability and cost effectiveness and offer feedback on how to implement changes to maximize revenue per ton.  In addition she creates custom P&L reporting as a tool to review cost effectiveness for procedure improvements and identify what is working well, and what might not be working.  She has 16 years of experience managing the national accounts division for her company, and manage Federal and B-to-B commercial recycling contracts all over the country.
