In 2023 before we founded our business, in search for natural ways to better our health we came across the wonderful world of fungi. As we dived deeper into our research about the amazing benefits of gourmet mushrooms we also discovered their exquisite flavor profiles that were not available at local stores. Once we mastered the techniques of farming gourmet mushrooms and reaped the benefits of them, we got to enjoy sharing with family and friends. After receiving multitude of positive feedback, we decided to start sharing with our local community by offering our products at a local farm stand and after we established our business in 2024 we joined local farmers markets.
