Fence Road Farm Brewery
Description
Fence Road Craft Brewery at The Oasis – Where Fungriculture, Flavor, and Play Come Together
At Fence Road Craft Brewery in Warwick, NY, we’re building more than a brewery—we’re cultivating a way of life we call Fungriculture. It’s our philosophy of blending farming, permaculture, socializing, and recreation into one evolving landscape of joy, play, and connection. Here, the land, the community, and the spirit are nourished together.
Fungriculture Happens Here
Fungriculture is about more than food or drink—it’s about collaboration, experimentation, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome. Whether it’s a disc golf round, a farm-to-glass pint, or a lively evening of music, our community thrives in a supportive, frolicky, passionately playful environment. And for those who prefer to move at their own pace, we also offer a two-mile activity trail for walking, running, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing—a year-round invitation to enjoy Warwick’s natural beauty. At The Oasis, Fungriculture isn’t just an idea—it’s a way of living.
Farm-to-Glass Brewing, Rooted in the Land
The Fence Road Craft Brewery is fueled by the farm that surrounds it. We brew beer, cider, mead, and fruited seltzers with ingredients grown right here at The Oasis or sourced from nearby farms. Our kitchen serves wood-fired pizzas, gourmet grilled cheeses, and seasonal dishes enriched by produce from our hydroponic greenhouses, maple groves, mushroom logs, and honeybee hives. Step into our taproom and every sip tells the story of Warwick’s soil, harvest, and hands.
Built on Sustainability & Permaculture
At the heart of our vision is permaculture—working with the land, not against it. We tap our maple trees for syrup, grow mushrooms in inoculated oak logs, and forage for a wide variety of natural edibles that find their way into our kitchen creations. The Oasis Farm also leads a community compost program, diverting food waste away from landfills and transforming it into nutrient-rich compost. This fertile resource not only enriches our own soil but is also made available to local growers and gardeners seeking to improve their land naturally.
With our own sawmill, we re-purpose downed trees—especially ash lost to invasive insects—into something lasting and beautiful. The beams at our front entrance, the vanities in our restrooms, and the bar where you enjoy your pint are all crafted from our own reclaimed wood. Even our retail “Ash Trays” serving boards tell a story of renewal and respect for the land.
Championship Disc Golf, Pro Shop
The Oasis Disc Golf Course, opened in 2012, is one of the premier disc golf destinations in the country. With beautifully manicured fairways and layouts for every skill level, it’s a place where fun and challenge meet. Alongside two additional 18-hole courses across the street, The Oasis has become a stage for national tournaments, drawing players and fans from across the country. Our full-service Pro Shop makes sure every player—beginner to professional—is ready for the course.
Your Oasis Awaits
Fence Road Craft Brewery at The Oasis is more than a brewery, more than a course, more than a farm. It’s a place where Fungriculture thrives, where permaculture shapes the future, and where play, flavor, and sustainability meet. Come raise a glass, play a round, walk a trail, and be part of a community that celebrates the land, the people, and the joy of living well.
